This week’s theme: Alignment. Sometimes our bodies speak to us through our practice. Using svadyaya, or self-reflection, observe objectively how we hold ourselves in our practice. Are we hunching forward to protect the heart? Are we leaning forward imagining the future is where we will find accomplishment, peace, happiness? Are we tipping backwards glamorizing the past and telling ourselves things were better when? This is the moment we have to find ourselves, to be present, and to respond to ourselves and each other in love.
