Yomassage® Mindful Touch™ Classes

Experience a sanctuary for your nervous system through our individual or small group sessions, where your comfort and safety are our highest priorities. Designed to be fully accessible, our practice is performed with clothing left on, and absolutely no prior yoga experience is necessary. We focus on 'Mindful Touch™'—a gentle modality using light pressure and rhythmic 'brushing' with the hands—to help you release stored tension and ground your energy. Whether you're navigating daily stress or simply seeking a quiet space to reconnect, we invite you to arrive exactly as you are and let us guide you toward a state of deep, restorative calm.

NOTE: We keep our Mindful Touch™ classes small to foster deeper connection; kindly preregister to secure your space in the class. 

In general, a regular class is scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5:30pm. (March 2026 is on the 18th, though.)  A group of 3 or more people can reach out to me by text (828-729-0645) or by email (cynthia@balanceyourlifeyoga.com) to coordinate classes on other dates/times.
